IT Consultant Natural Language Understanding projects (ITC0421)

We are looking for an IT Consultant with a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Experiences. Experience in Customer Service domain, agile methodology and project management is a plus.


The position requires individuals who enjoy challenges, prioritize & meet deadlines, have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit, working closely with our Clients and the internal teams such as speech scientists, developers, and engineers around the globe.

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in IT consulting, technical analysis and / or software testing (writing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases)
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications. Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Experience in business requirements analysis, technical documentation and drafting test plans and test cases
  • Working experience in Agile methodology
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is considered a plus

You might also have:

  • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
  • JIRA/ Confluence experience
  • Knowledge of Project management practices
  • Experience in software development
  • Competency in UX principles and practice
  • Experience in one or more of the following technology sectors: IVR/CTI, ASR or similar
  • Familiarity with network protocols relevant to speech processing (such as MRCP, RTP/DTMF, SIP, SDP, HTTP, WebSocket, SSML, SRGS, SISR, and VXML)
  • Domain knowledge in Customer Service/Contact Center

  • Proficient in English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus

You will be:

  • Responsible to support our clients on our IT solutions as a product and delivery expert.
  • Responsible for coordinating with project manager and development teams for the deliverables
  • Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Configuring our delivered products according to our customer needs
  • Responsible for testing Speech, Chat and Web applications. Executing test cases for Company Products as well as Client Solutions
  • Designing tests and creating test plans with a focus to delivering exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Tracking Quality Assurance metrics
  • Applying QA methodologies across product lifecycle
  • Communicating with customers (handle complaints, evaluate requests, arrange meetings)
  • Managing relationships and coordinating work between different teams at different locations
  • Contributing to our Product Development with proposing new features, methodologies and technologies
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies
  • Travelling on a “as needed” basis to client sites
